At Weight Loss By Nice One, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of weight loss and health-related products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased on sale or special discount (optional — aap chahein to hata sakte hain)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash / original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 working days
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
